Mini salchichas envueltas en hojaldre, saladitos de toda la vida vaya 😋 me encantan y los echaba en falta, y no son difíciles de hacer en casa pero... He estado perezosa para eso. Como la electricidad en España está muy cara (máximo sobre máximo histórico) los he hecho en una sartén: pincelé el fondo con una gota de aceite, puse el calor muy bajito, y lo tapé, cada poquito los iba cambiando de lado para que se fueran haciendo uniformemente y no se pegaran, y listo. Quedaron muy ricos y sí, se hincharon.
