I love this vegan nacho cheese by Siete! Great flavor, great texture, very smooth and creamy. You can use it for a fancy nacho creation like I did in this picture--I hope you can see the nacho cheese under all that! LOL--or, it's great all by itself, to just dip corn chips into for an easy, indulgent snack. It's also great on tacos, burritos, on a vegan burger, or in a vegan grilled cheese sandwich! Anything you might put cheese on--the only limit is your imagination. This stuff is great! Excellent cheesy flavor with a very mild spicy nacho flavor to it. (Not hot at all, just flavorful.) And not too expensive. Good value for the price. I recommend it! One tip, I wouldn't heat this up in the jar in the microwave. Better to take out however much you plan on using, and put it into a microwave safe bowl, and cover it with a wet paper towel. For best texture, heat it up gradually in 20 to 30 second increments. Stir it after 20 to 30 seconds on high. Repeat (nuke then stir, nuke then stir), until you get it to the desired temperature. Because if you nuke it all at once for a minute or more without stopping to stir, it's likely to dry out around the edges of your bowl and/or won't be heated evenly throughout, and/or you might overcook it around the edges. By using this simple trick you will have a perfect texture every time.
