I thought the taste was good and pretty spot on compared to Mexican style dairy blends (from what I remember, it’s been a while). And it definitely melted well. The texture was not exactly like dairy blends (less stretchy) but not a bad texture at all, just not like actual dairy (and that’s totally fine with me). I used this to make nachos but I could see it going well on a lot of other dishes- a topping for chili, enchiladas, etc. I’ll buy it again.

Have never been a big fan of Daiya cheeses. But I have been told they have changed so giving them a try again. This cheese to me really didn't have much taste. Feels plasticity when gotten out of bag. Definitely better than their old cheeses. #vegancheese #littlebucketsfarmsanctuary #littlebuckets
When eaten raw not so good, but melted with brocoli and other vegan ingredients it's delicious. I just wish the price was at least on par with animal-based cheese.

I had these in the freezer for a while so I decided to make some Mac and cheese … #veganmacandcheese I used a mix of the 1/2 full or less bags of various cheeses in my freezer .. turned out great … I did a bread crumb topping mixing bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, onion powder, salt and pepper , and a small shake of mushroom seasoning. #homemade #cheeselover
