Found this on sale .. I love a good deal .. I used some of it for a home made vegan big mack ( spelled wrong so the big guns don’t try to shake me down) Melts well and freezes well.. of course I had to freeze it .. at that price I bought what was on the shelf .. lol

So I actually got this to make vegan pizza and it was pretty good. So the first pizza I made I had put the shreds on top of the veggies and it didn't melt very well, but when I put the shreds on top of the sauce(like how most pizzas are made, lol🙃) it melted great!!! Overall pretty happy about it!
These shreds melt beautifully!! Here I topped off a Super Pretzel, which is accidentally vegan!! Yummy quick snack
