Good flavours, though a little too much of a kick for me. Says it’s a portion for two, but I’d say only enough for one!

This came out of the plastic bowl as one big ball of rice.. But i separated it a bit and added some oil.
10/10 for labeling it as vegan! (Yes the word that everyone is so scared of using) 😄 It was okay.. I couldn't actually taste the chilli in it. And it took more than 90 secs to cook because I don't have a microwave. "Serves 2 - 3 Amigos"? It is approx a cup.. It is in the category of snack/light meal for 1 Amigo, I think! Not exactly haute cuisine but quick and cheapish ($3). #veganisnotscary #mexican #govegan #morechilliplease.
I haven't tried it yet. But it's practical and looks healthy
