Lions mane mushroom crumbles

I have to admit when I saw these in the package. I was a little bit skeptical because I love fresh lions mane mushrooms so much that I just wasn’t sure how these were gonna taste, but I was really happy with the way that they turned out. I don’t think they’re a complete replacement for fresh lions, mane mushrooms before a dish like this They were perfect . They are flavorful,  easy to prepare and have a good texture, which is really important to me when I cook I use them to make my version of Dan noodles with my own sauce, the crumbles and some noodles and it was really really delicious.

I’ve used this to make tacos twice now, and have been so happy with it. Taste and texture are perfect. Family members who are not vegan, love this also.

A tasty alternative to ground beef, though high in salt and not particularly high in protein. #veggieground

This product isn’t widely found near me but I did spot it once while in my travels and knew I had to grab it while I could. I had heard so many things about the vegan offerings of this company. I have to say I did like this product. It was so easy to hear, eat, and work with. You got quite a lot of the package. I hope to find it again soon!

Well I added it to what i was making with rice and gardein beef, it taste great , i'll buy again, i wish i could find the Lion's mane mushroom around here...anyways cool shit
