Second time using this kit now, the family love them. All i would knock points off for is that the popping candy isn’t needed and was melted in its packet both times I’ve purchased this kit. Would continue to repurchase!

Got this kit in a subscription box and the cupcakes were nice and really lemony! Maybe wouldn’t get again and a bit on the expensive side!
Super easy cupcake kit from Bosh! You only need oil, water, lemon. Comes with icing sugar and popping candies. I used Betty Crocker lemon icing though :) Got it in my TVK box but can be found in supermarkets
This cupcake mix is pretty good - they rise really well, are light and fluffy and taste lovely but I won’t give 5 stars because the cupcake cases that came with it looked like they’d been run over with a steamroller and the ‘fizzle’ popping candy topping had solidified into a rock hard square that I gave up trying to crush. Got these from TheVeganKind.
This cake mix made nice cupcakes that were very lemony and a lovely fluffy texture. The mixture was quite thick and I wasn’t sure it was going to work, but the cakes just came out looking a bit like scones on the outside. I think the mix is great if you want to bake but can’t really be bothered, but for £3.49 I wouldn’t get it again and I’d just use a recipe and my own ingredients. I got this packet in my January TVK box and it was easy to use and fun to try out. Also, I didn’t put the popping candy o the top because it had solidified into a flat square that I couldn’t do anything with so they weren’t really fizzle cupcakes! #vegancupcakes
