sia sul pane e sia come condimento per un pasta ed in entrambi i casi mi è piaciuto. E’ morbido, saporito e si scioglie bene. Davvero alcuni formaggi vegetali, tra cui questo, non hanno nulla da invidiare alle loro versioni onnivore.
Costosi si, ma merita e ne vale la pena. Da provare! Io lo ricomprerò.

This Balham Blue is the overall colour of a Red Leicester, but without the cruelty.
It has a black rind which I think might be seaweed based except it doesn’t mention that in the ingredients. Anyway it works well with is soft, spreadable, almond based faux cheese.

I have had it on bagels and crumpets, delicious. The flavour is so enjoyable on its own, I haven’t felt a need to garnish it with anything.
The business is run by two sisters and they seem to have discovered some wonderful combinations of nuts, sweet potato and nutritional yeast to get the taste buds pinging.
It is expensive: £5+ for 100g. I find it stretches to several servings so I don’t mind and I think the prices on these products will come down as they gain popularity.
