Absolutely delicious! A simple and flavorful kimchee.
My doctor explained to me the connection between gut health and mental health this week, so I’m planning to make it more of a priority in my life! That means incorporating lots of fermented foods into my diet, including this kimchi. I saw another one without fish recently as Trader Joe’s, though without an explicit vegan label I was hesitant to buy it. Yay for Simple Truth making it clear theirs is completely plant-based. As for flavor, it’s pretty basic and this rice could’ve used some extra something, but happy to have it nutritiously. #veganin2020
