Finally found a vegan kimchi in a quaint local shop in town (I love this shop!). Sometimes kimchi has fish oil in it so you need to be careful. I also love this because it isn’t super hot/spicy 🥰 delicious! Was eating it out of the jar lol, but it was also great on my vegan Fieldroast sausage.
Was hesitant to try this because I’m not so good at handling spice but knew it was beneficial since it has healthy probiotics. It’s a bit spicy for me but I’ll add it to salads to tone it down. It’s a nice flavour and I wish I had tried it sooner!
