A fast cooking oats that now has some more flavour to it than the plain one. It's a mix between the oatso easy and instant cooking oats and so good to get you going on any day.

These oats are not gluten free. They work well for baking. But unfortunately, too many times my partner and I have felt sick after eating boiled Jungle oats. The gluten adds a floppy thick texture which doesn't go down well. Wish this classic, cheap breakfast cereal was better!
Okay, so it’s not organic and it’s got a higher glycemic index than the most artisanal oats, but it’s cheap and delicious, especially with fruit, nuts and seeds. Iconic. #greyton
