I made falafel with their mince jackfruit instead of chickpeas. I added grated ginger, onions, zaarta and tahini. I made 8 x 50g balls and eat 2-3 per serving. Great for prepping and freezing. I baked it but gonna try it pan fried as well.

I can’t rate this one yet on taste, because I have yet to try it 🤣 Was given this as a gift to try. Looks very interesting. Will update on taste soon! Nice to see more whole food alternatives on the market.
