Italian bomba hot pepper sauce

i do like spicy 🌶️😋 i bought this on the recommendation of @vikas and i agree - it's tasty! definitely #spicy but not so much you can't taste your food. i used it to make #soychorizo #tacos even though it is not tuesday. i foresee #puttanesca for dinner in the near future. #traderjoes plus an elf house in a mystical forest 🧝‍♀️ 🌳

🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Of all the thousands of amazing things at TJ’s this has got to be one of the best standout products for me. Whenever I’m back in the US I make it a point to buy about a dozen jars of this stuff to bring back to Singapore. It’s that good. I used to buy a specialty product called La Bomba that cost $10 a jar. Then I saw this at TJ’s for $4 a jar. It’s just as good if not better, made in Italy 🇮🇹 from Calabrian chilis and olive oil. This stuff is hot but also incredibly flavorful and goes amazingly well on pizza, pasta or even just spread on some toasted sourdough. It’s super easy to make an incredible arrabbiata sauce with this and a can of tomatoes, or combine it with hummus for a creamy and spicy chili chickpea pasta sauce. I love this! Great for an addition to any entree if you want some kick. It’s not overwhelming but gives bland food some life.

this stuff is so off the hook I mix it with just about anything. Makes an amazing topper mixed with plant based Mayo, great in soups, pastas, sandwiches, stir fry, etc. I can eat it straight from the jar it’s that addictive. Puts all the other hot sauces in the corner.
