Trottole Tricolore - durum wheat pasta

From the Italian week in #lidl I got this cute pasta Tricolore 😍 it's colored

with dried tomatoes and dried basil and I loved the shape and the colors, made it so fun! 🌱 Its really tasty, but it took a couple more minutes to cook than in the instructions. I made a quick tomato sauce to go with them and added some cooked lentils for extra nutrition 🍅🍝 Fresh basil is a must for my pastas (which is why I grow it at home 😂) ! 🌱#abillionlove #veganin2021 #veganpasta

durum wheat flour for the "white", with the addition of tomato for the "red" and spinach for the "green". Pleasantly slightly callous texture which prevents the pasta to overcook. Buonissime! 😋
