I got introduced to the world of kanji by my wife @nichu since my in-laws make this often and is very soothing to eat, it basically is a powder that you can cook instantly in either water or plant based mylk. And to make it more interesting you can add your own flavour through fruits or dry fruits. It is also a great food for kids, since it packs the goodness of everything. Super easy to make IF you have the powder available with tou already. Qualifies for #lazyvegan in this format.
