Bought these as a snack for work and the texture is okay, a bit plastic like. The flavour is average.

R27 for 3 (45g) of these date bites at Woolworths. You get 5g of protein from this serving an the total carbs amount to 16g. I'm still new to learning about nutrition but I think that's good value and it tastes really nice. I love dates (those you can eat lol) so I really enjoyed the taste and it paired very well with the hazelnut and coffee flavours.

These jumped into my trolley at checkout. No regrets. Would buy again. #stellenbosch
