This is probably my favorite frozen cauliflower mixes. Since I stopped eating rice and grains, I have eaten the Cauliflower Risotto Medley every week.
It is cheap. You can make a nice and quick meal with just one package.
Its a sad day when I run out of this. Im using the last of it to makr fried rice with kimchi for lunch.
