Ottimo per imparare polpette, per dare un tocco più sfizioso
Una volta che si comincia ad usarlo, un pizzico di gomasio è un completamento piacevole per verdure, torte salate, insalate...... Questo con anche sesamo nero e un pizzico di sale rosa dell'Himalaya è il mio preferito.
Personalmente lo preferisco più tritato. Prima di utilizzarlo gli do sempre una passate di minipimmer
