This rice was meant to accompany a main dish but as I’m waiting for it to cook, I’ve decided to turn it into an appetizer instead. I don’t know if it’s just my limited palette, but I can’t really tell the difference between soy sauce and tamari or regular versus low sodium. In that sense, this feels like a healthier alternative and tastes just as salty and savory as I hope for.
Not only is this gluten free but also has 50% the sodium of your usual Tamari and soya sauce. I love using this to season my stir fries. #jaan
