Este pan es gluten free y vegano, no tiene huevo no lácteos, cosa que es un golazo. Lo que sí, medio carito, me salió 700 pesos y eran 400 gramos me parece. Lo compré en las toninas, en la costa atlántica. Me pareció super rico igual pero para comer a veces

We are trying lots of gluten-free products lately because my wife is very sensitive to gluten. This gluten free sour dough bread was really impressive! Tastes pretty much like tradition sour dough. It's nice to find bread that's gluten-free and vegan!! A lot of gluten-free bread contains egg 😭 But I'm happy to discover this brand, and I'm seeing so many reviews of lots of awesome gluten-free products from this brand. I would highly recommend this bread. It makes a great veggie hummus sandwich and tastes great. Better when toasted.

Wow! Just wow! Having to go gluten free years ago I have struggled with finding a decent bread. This is brilliant! Tastes like I remember my rye with pb tasting!

#NationalSourdoughBreadDay lead me to find this interesting bread which is able to be free of preservatives even though it isn't frozen, thanks to a patch in the pack that absorbs oxygen. only 5 slices per pack, each containing 3 grams fiber, mostly from psyllium seed husk.
