Happy National Pasta Day! 🍝 Quite nutrient-dense with superfood ingredients like kale, green lentil, spinach and broccoli! Love that it’s packed with 25 grams of protein! I would recommend this product to anyone trying to stay away from enriched flours. This only has three ingredients which are beets, sweet potatoes, and carrots. It cooks really fast so letting it cook too long will mess up the texture. It adds a nice pop of color to any plant based dish.
