Oh wow - this is citrussy perfection in a fancy jar! Not too sour, not too sweet, lovely crunchy cheesecake bottom, the cream on top is not grainy, but very creamy and full. I'd always go for the chocolate option, but in this case the Spanish lemon cheesecake is the best option you can get. A sure winner!!
my curiosity got the best of me and i loaded the #yuka app. oddly enough, of the first five things i scanned, there was a 0/100 and a 100/100. this #lemon #cheesecake was a big fat zero. 😁 #ditchdairy it was light and lemony 🍋 and definitely #pretendingtobehealthy. glass containers so #plasticfree. it would be great if the containers came with lids so you could reuse them. #sweettooth approved. definitely not yuka-approved. and an impressive tree. impossible to capture its grandeur in a foto.
I loved these spanish lemon cheesecake! They are #glutenfree and perfect to buy when on offer :)
