These had been in my freezer for a bit, glad I finally tried them, they are good! So much flavor!You can really taste the smokiness and the char of the grill. I opted to sauté them instead of microwaving, made for some yummy tacos with some beyond beef crumbles and homemade guacamole 🥑. Will definitely buy again, so many things thinking to put these on and give me the grilled flavor I love. (Without the having the grill part) #veggiegrill #govegan #veganfortheanimals
Yum. Yum. Yummmy. Yum. As you can tell, I loved these fajitas rajas I just discovered at Costco. I didn’t have very high hopes because I usually find these frozen mixes have some seasoning I don’t care for but this mix really showcases fire roasted flavor of the poblanos, peppers and onions. I served it with Spanish rice, pinto beans, pan seared mushrooms and corn tortillas. I hope I can find these again because you know how things come and go at Costco. Clearly marked vegetarian but they are vegan.
