Une préparation pour falafels achetée à Berlin ! Si vous y allez : faites des stocks, les falafels sont justes excellents en termes de goût et de texture !! Et facile à faire, il y juste à ajouter de l’eau :) - A falafel mix bought in Berlin! If you go there :bring back a stock with you ! the falafels are just excellent in terms of taste and texture ! And easy to make, there’s just to add water :)

These falafels are super easy to make! The taste is nice, a little bland for me but I added some sauces to my #lunch and it was really good! I chose not to fry them in a lot of oil but rather put them on a tray in the oven (which dried them out a bit but that’s my own fault!). Really recommend for an easy and quick meal 🥙

Mix per falafel preso da Rewe in Germania. Gli abbiamo fatti nella friggitrice ad aria e sono venuti troppo secchi però il sapore è buono. Particolare la presenza delle mele essiccate nell'impasto. Come sempre meno una stella per la quantità esagerata di sale.
