Not too sweet. Instant energy. So glad there are vegan options out there for quick fuel when you need it!
I drank this in the middle of a difficult hike up Table Mountain (Platteklip Gorge) and it gave me the energy boost I needed to get to the top! Recommend for endurance. It tastes good too.
