This is a great vegan mozzarella. I eat it as is, in a caprese salad. The texture is amazing, you wouldn’t know it’s dairy free cheese. #alv

Finally a good melting cheese!! Slightly lacking in the tanginess of normal cheese but it’s creamy and soft and great on pizza.
