Não achei o gosto parecido com coxinha de origem animal, mas achei bem gostoso! Quando fritei estourou um pouco, mas acho que foi minha culpa mesmo. Poderia ser pré-frita. Gostosa. Fiz também na air fryer e achei que funcionando muito melhor do que no óleo quente. Ficou bem mais gostosa!
