Cottage Drops

The flavor is super nice and I think it really nails what a good cottage cheese should be like. The small bits are a little less creamy than in the „real“ version but that barely detracts from the experience.

Had to get this after reading all these positives reviews about this vegan #cottagecheese. I don't know if it tastes anything like the non-vegan variant, because it's too long ago, but I did like this product. I did eat it on a #veganomelette which was very nice. It is not something I couldn't live without though.

Wow, this stuff is fantastic! The consistency is a tad bit more "watery" than dairy cottage cheese, but the drops are very similar in texture. The taste is fresh, no weird almond aftertaste. I love it as a sandwich spread with a bit of pepper and salt, just like I used to eat dairy cottage cheese. Fantastic alternative to cottage cheese: kcal is pretty similar. Dairy cottage cheese is 54% protein and this vegan cottage cheese "just" 29%. But in terms of taste and texture it's a winner!!

This is the first time I found a vegan cottage cheese! Consistency is extremely similar! The taste however is pretty different, not as sweet. This plant-based cheese is made with almonds and soy. On the package they advertise that it contains 13 grams of protein, but if you read well it says for the whole package, which is 200 grams, which makes the protein for a 100 grams only 6.5 grams, definitely not a high protein content.
