Corn Chex

It’s a little bland in taste (unlike the Cinnamon Chex), but I do like it. Unlike many cereals which are heaps of sugar disguised as a breakfast food, this one is healthy.  it’s very low in fat with a long list of vitamins and minerals. It’s a great source of calcium, iron, fibre, among many other nutrients. But I am surprised at how much sodium there is in each serving.  I guess some of these nutrients have been added, as they appear on the ingredient list.  I bought this cereal at No Frills; it’s available at any grocery store. This Chex cereal is gluten-free for those who are interested.

Bought from Meijer in Stow, Ohio. Has only 4g of added sugars.
