Braised gluten that is rich in flavour. Soft and easy to eat. Goes well with soup as it is quite absorbance

so chewy and tasty. i eat these with porridge or rice. downside: a little salty, but you can drain the gravy for a healthier alternative. used to eat these a lot when i was younger, had NO idea that these were vegan. (only found out when i stopped eating meat.) love “accidentally” vege foods because it takes me back to my childhood without eating animal products ❤️
