However, it says the majority of calories come from the fat of the coconut and cashews, so it's not entirely unhealthy but due to the amount of added sugar I'd still eat only half a bar at a time which is two bites. I'm not concerned with saturated fat if coming from whole foods. Doesnt say where the coconut comes from, and I can never learn it via google search. #deathbyplastic
