I don’t use sugar frequently, but when I do I use coconut sugar. Supposedly it does not spike your blood sugar as much as cane sugar. This brand is usually competitively priced.

This sugar has a mild toasted flavor which is very subtle and not detectable once cooked.

Perfect substitute for white or brown sugar. I’ve been making vegan banana bread to take to my coworkers and I’ve been slipping this in in lieu of dark brown sugar and no one has noticed the difference! Plus it is lower on the glycemic index than traditional sugar
