La compré hace un tiempo con idea de hacer un curry de garbanzos. Es la primera que pruebo y cumple su función. En frío me recuerda a la típica nata de decorar pasteles y por eso no me pega con garbanzos; quizá para un plato dulce. Volvería a comprarla si quisiera leche de coco. Leche de coco lista pasa usar! Es muy cremosa. Yo la uso para curry pero seguro que para postres queda bien también. De precio no está mal. Tiene bastante grasita pero eso le da la cremosidad tan buena para los currys. La volvería a comprar. Sabor suave.
