Coconut Milk Kefir 🥛

Really good, sugar free, refreshing, perfect for my breakfast or just a break! I would prefer the glass packaging as they do for yoghurts!

It’s more watery than I remember cow milk kefir tasting. Not very sweet which is good. It’s pricy $6.50 though has lots of nutritious additions. Probably will stick with the yoghurt

Light coconut taste. Not too sweet. 3g plant protein per 3/4 cup. Excellent source of probiotic: 2 billion per serving.
