Cinnamon raisin remix bagels

These #bagels are super soft and dense; the texture and consistency is perfect. My only complaint is that the #cinnamon flavor is so subtle and the texture of the #raisins is a little off (not exactly stale, but similar). These are so good! Lower in calories than most bagels and they pack a good amount of protein too. A shmear of Tofutti or Miyoko's cream cheese on these makes for a very satisfying breakfast.

I bought these bagels for a carb-loving houseguest, knowing she would want bread for breakfast. But boy were they delicious! There are actual bits of cinnamon in the dough, not just the powdered version, and you can smell it before you even open the package. And the toasted texture had a satisfying chewiness that slapped. These bagels were a real hit. Dave and his Prison Homies know what they are doing over there, I'll say that.
