They don’t claim to be vegan due to the use of shared equipment but take every measure to eliminate cross contamination including separate equipment for melting & molding milk & dark products.
Please be advised that the sugar listed in the ingredients does not specify that it is organic. The FAQ’s state that ‘beet’ sugar (grown in Europe) is used in this bar so I feel confident that is is vegan friendly

This vegan chocolate is so rich and flavorful. The peppermint in it makes the overall
taste similar to a “York peppermint patty”. This is absolutely one of my favorite vegan chocolate bars and I highly recommend if you like mint and chocolate together.

This is definitely one of the best chocolate bars I’ve ever had! Nice dark chocolate
flavor without being bitter, and peppermint flavor was perfect (it reminded me a bit of mint chocolate chip ice cream in terms of flavor)
