Chocolate Mint Chip

This was pretty good, considering it's probably the healthiest ice cream out there to buy pre made

I like this vegan ice cream because it’s super low-calorie (I can eat a lot and still eat more after) and because it doesn’t make me feel all bloated and gross like some other dairy alternative ice creams have. I like to add berries, nuts, crumbled cookie, or chocolate syrup to my bowl of Snow Monkey, which makes it a very Fro Yo-like experience.

I honestly did not like this at all. The texture is really awful. This stuff is like a rock. You have to let it sit out for upwards of 30 minutes before scooping it, and it’s still hard. The flavor was also just not good. I do not recommend this.
