I love chlorophyll. It was my mom who took it and advised me to take it for all its proven health benefits like promoting increased production of red blood cells, helping to absorb toxins, acting as a natural internal deodorant, its antioxidant capacities, etc. It is actually the most important substance in the plant, it absorbs sunlight and converts it into energy. I didn't like the taste of it at first, but I get used to it and if you are used to eating leafy green vegetables it's not that bad. It taste like lots of leafy greens. I also recommend not to take more than the recommended amount, because it can have a laxative effect when you exceed it ( and without forgetting that this one is 15x more concentrated that the standard for one).💚🥬
