Chickpea and Quinoa bowl

This is packed with nutrition and a pretty good size so good value. Only- the veg are could be less chunky. 10/10

If you lazy to make lunch.. Just pick this up from checkers... Ready to eat meal...

It’s a great option for when you’re in a pinch but I think there are other similar meals that taste better.

Quite a nice quick lunch. I liked the pesto that came with it. I did add some more salt to it though 👀
