Chicken stock powder

I use all 3 flavours in my dishes: 'chicken', 'beef', vegetable, depending on taste/strength requirements. Versatile and economical size for value.

RM8.90 from Jaya Grocer. Used it here like chicken salt on a fried 'dongfun'. Not bad. As someone who has literally garnished food with crumbled chicken stock cubes, this is ok. A suitable replacement. Just a little less oily with a lighter texture. #veganisnotscary

Since discovering this chicken stock I have used it at every opportunity. It tastes so convincingly like chicken. Great for soups and marinades

Used the stock powder to make my pumpkin and spinach risotto tonight..not sure that it tastes like chicken but it did impart a lovely flavour to my risotto. Will definitely be using this again!
