I really enjoy tofurkey products but this one always scared me. I’m happy I found it on sale and got the chance to try it, I would buy it again. No cooking instructions so I just warmed it up in the oven, 350° F for about 10 minutes. I put this into a sandwich with some beans + avocado, it was wonderful. The texture is really good and similar to real chicken. I would cook with this in the future and feed it to my nonvegan friends, I’m sure this would be great in some type of sauce. I didn’t want it to try out after cooking so I added a few spoonfuls of salsa once it came out of the oven, ended up being a great idea. If you were scared to try this like I was, this is your green light to give it a try!
