These #vegancheese shreds are delicious for use in the kitchen. I sprinkle them over my mac and cheese, and use them on pizza often.

I like the Chao brand of cheese. I wish it pulls melt better on pizza. It does melt in a grilled cheese. Made from coconut oil, potato starch and tofu. #fieldroast #chaocheese #nocowsharmed

This cheese melts surprisingly fast! The texture is great and it even bubbles a little bit. The taste isn't too strong but it's perfect for pizza.

Having lived in Wisconsin for over a decade now, I've developed high expectations for cheese. I think Chao Creamery is my favorite vegan cheese. I love the slices, but this was my first foray into using the shreds. The taste is delightful. Used these on pan pizzas. They didn't melt particularly well, but I went in expecting that so I didn't deduct any stars. 🧀
