Pretty good. I pan fried it until it was a bit crispy. I had them with homemade pasta sauce.

Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi (NYOK-kee) is made for us in Italy, and it’s quite like those traditional Italian dumplings made of mashed potato, flour, and egg—hence, the Gnocchi designation. This version, however, is made with about 75% cauliflower, as well as cassava flour, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt. No wheat, sugar, dairy, or eggs are included here, and that translates to fewer carbs, with significantly less fat & calories than potato-based varieties.

These were pretty good! They are #glutenfree and use #cauliflower so don't expect them to taste exactly like normal gnocchi. They were a bit mushy even though we followed the directions. The legendary #vegan gnocchi from #traderjoes ! Gluten-free and made from potato and cassava flour , these cook up very nicely. We put them in the air fryer which was a good option for less oil. But we made up the calories with serving them in #miyokos #veganbutter! We made a browned butter sage sauce with lemon zest which was amazing! Really good gnocchi with minimal healthy ingredients.
