Cashews are great for so many recipes! I’ve used them for vegan cheesecake and vegan ricotta. Soak them overnight and blend with other ingredients and it makes a creamy base. I also enjoy them straight out of the bag.
I use raw cashews often to make vegan cheese and cream sauce. This bag was about $15. I made a delicious queso cheese sauce with it!
