Carrot Pecan cake, plant based

This a a great vegan alternative for dessert. Tastes exactly like the non vegan cake. My only complaint was that it was slightly dry.

So good ! A shame we had to share it… my partner said it was too sweet but there is no such thing as too much sugar for my sweet tooth!!! I will indulge myself with this precious cake again for sure ! #sweettooth #carbsforlife
