Abbastanza buoni questi burger. Non eccellenti però! Poco grassi, a dispetto di quanto dice #yuka e molto compatti, non si sbriciolano benissimo. Ma cmq gustosi e sicuramente ottimi per il ragù.
Né troppo secco se molliccio, ma non particolarmente buono né di gusto né di ingredienti.
Credo sia un prodotto nuovo. Li preferisco a quelli a base di funghi perché sono troppo speziati, quindi hanno un sapore delicato ed una consistenza piacevole
burger con un retrogusto di affumicato e arrostito, non male anche se un pochino asciutti per i miei gusti.
