Bella scoperta questi burger di verdure Eurospin, mi sono piaciuti tantissimo e li acquisterò di nuovo. Ovviamente sono vegani anche se c'è scritto vegetariani.
Partiamo male perché ho perso 5 minuti della mia vita a cercare l'ingrediente di origine animale, ma in realtà sono vegani. Però eccezionali, come i Zerbinati hanno i pezzi di verdura e sopratutto i semini interi che mi fanno impazzire, ma sono meno asciutti, li adoro. Grassi un po' alti.
Burger buoni e pronti in pochi minuti, con la cottura rimangono morbidi dentro e fuori croccanti. Saporiti ma non troppo speziati, quindi non indigesti. Ho molto apprezzato la presenza di semi di girasole che conferiscono croccantezza. Si trovano da Eurospin ad un buon prezzo. Pacchetto da migliorare (troppa plastica).
