I like the fact that this is slightly healthier than regular brownies due to the ingredients and that you add agave nectar rather than sugar to the dry ingredients. The mix was VERY easy to make, you just add oil and agave nectar. I didn’t have agave nectar so I used maple syrup instead but you could substitute anything sweet and it would work just as well. Whip up the ingredients, pop into a lined tin and in 14 minutes you have perfectly risen, soft brownies. Usually when I bake brownies they come out dry but this mix is foolproof and perfect for someone like me who is not a naturally good cook.
