This is one of the few vegan 🧀cheeses that I enjoy whole heartedly. It’s a light and subtle flavor made from Shea butter, rice bran oil, starch, and miso amongst other things. It’s made locally in North London and they donate 2% of profits to charity. They are sold in M&S now for £5.25 which is awesome. Sometimes we come and they’re sold out too which is great and annoying at the same time. I have yet to try the blue variety but I was never a fan of blue cheese. 100% my favourite vegan cheese alongside their camembert. Tastes amazing, and beautifully packaged. Good use of recyclable and biodegradable materials.

This was the most amazing vegan cheese I’ve ever tasted. Not sticky or overwhelming tasted of coconut or whatever they are made with. Superb texture and taste. Only downside it’s expensive but why not treat yourself?

Un #formaggiovegan che volevo assaggiare da tempo e, purtroppo, mi ha un po’ delusa il gusto. È morbidissimo, si spalma bene ma il gusto ha qualcosa che non me lo fa apprezzare del tutto. Come se fosse leggermente acidulo (non ho ricordi del #bree “vero” quindi potrebbe essere un gusto tradizionale). L’ho messo sia sulla pizza che sul pane per stemperare un pochino questa punta acida.
