Boo Chips

I was super bummed when Trader Joe’s did not release their Ghost & Bat chips this season. I’m not sure if the product is discontinued or just not available this year but it was one that I really enjoyed. While I was searching for information about their release online, I found these Boo Chips from Rick’s Chips and was able to pick them up at Whole Foods. These are a very simple chip and perhaps not the most flavorful BUT they are so cute and fun! 👻 They are pretty thin but I find it manageable enough to pair them with a dip that’s not too thick. They’d be a cute addition to a Halloween party. Though they are only made from potato, oil and salt (essentially, specifics below) they are addicting. They are not the kind of chip I would want to reach for all of the time, so it works perfectly to grab a bag or two for the holiday and then do it again in a year.
